How deletion works
You can request deletion of your account at any time. After we verify ownership of the account, we delete or anonymise personal data tied to it, subject to limited records we may retain when required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes.
- Account profile (name, email, profession preferences)
- Cloud-synced progress, attempts, bookmarks, and related study data
- Device / notification registrations linked to your account
App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account settings; deleting Allied Health Prep does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

Submit the form below. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to support@alliedhealthprep.app. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
What we may keep
We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms — for example anonymised analytics or transaction records required for accounting.
